This hotel really exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the location is absolutely perfect, right on the promenade and in a pedestrian zone, so we didn't have to worry about noisy traffic disturbing our peaceful stay. It also meant that we could easily explore the local area on foot, with plenty of local restaurants and shops just a stone's throw away. Secondly, the staff were amazing - friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any request. Their attention to detail and the personal touch they added to our stay made us feel truly welcome. Lastly, our room was simply furnished but had everything we needed, including a balcony with a lovely view of the sea. It was clean, comfortable, and provided a relaxing space for us to unwind after a day of exploring. Plus, the included breakfast was a great bonus, ensuring we started each day off right.

The hotel was quite noisy and lacked proper soundproofing. We were disturbed by the noise from the street below and the guests in the neighboring rooms. The staff was not very helpful or friendly, and we felt like we were not given proper attention during our stay.

The hotel is located directly at the seaside, in a pedestrian zone, offering stunning views of the Mediterranean and the Alassio coastline. The rooms are spacious and well decorated, with larger terraces/balconies, perfect for enjoying the view. The staff here are extremely friendly and go out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. Breakfast is included in the rate and is absolutely delightful.

This hotel is a hidden gem on the promenade, nestled directly at the seaside. The rooms, immaculate and well-maintained, offer larger terraces where you can soak in the stunning sea views. The staff go above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable and memorable. Plus, having breakfast included in our rate was a lovely touch.

Since the hotel was located on a busy street, it was loud outside with many bars and restaurants surrounding it.

We stayed in a hotel right by the beach, with an excellent location on the promenade. Our balcony view was fantastic, overlooking the ocean. the owners were friendly and always available, ensuring a warm welcome. Although the bathroom was a little outdated, everything was always clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was great that we could park our car onsite, and the staff made us feel at home.

The breakfast was underwhelming with a limited selection.
